It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting moment in Guatemala City with real value for money. The room was spacious, which made staying there easier while traveling with my family.

Had a nice stay in a spacious room with a kitchenette. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and decent breakfast options. Just a heads-up, the WiFi was iffy on my laptop and my room was a bit noisy due to service areas nearby.

The staff, particularly Shearley at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

the location is somewhat decent, but that's where the praise stops. the shower curtain was a horrid yellowish color, and I'm still waiting for my welcome gift—totally expected better as a special guest. also, the gym is so poorly marked that even Maps couldn’t help! I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.
